Payments, Returns and Refunds
By placing an order on this website you accept the following payment, return, and refunds polices. You also accept our general Terms and Conditions for the usage of our website.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
While we strive to ensure all products leave our shop in working condition we understand that sometimes something may be missed and damage can occur during shipment. As such returns will be accepted for damaged, defective, or lost shipments if you notify us of the issue within 5 business days of delivery. After contacting us we will provide instructions.
All returns not related to damaged or defective products such as a change of mind, or customer mistake may be accepted. Refunds will not be processed until the return is received by us in new condition. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. After the return is received a refund of the original invoice amount, less shipping charges and a 35% restocking fee will apply. To initiate a return please contact us with your original order number.
Refunds will only be paid out to the original card used to pay for your order. Refunds will only be paid in accordance with the Returns section above.
